Short-term Insurance Administrator – Fourways, Johannesburg 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Matric
  • RE5 Certificate
  • Full Insurance qualification as per FAIS requirements
  • Minimum 4 years short term insurance in policy administration and claims roles
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience in customer liaison; building and maintaining relationships
  • Experience working in a Brokerage is preferred
  • Insurance knowledge to at least an intermediate level

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Do short-term insurance quotations and comparisons for brokers
  • Process amendments on existing policies
  • Identify gaps in client’s insurance cover
  • Process short-term insurance claims
  • Keep track and follow up on arrear premiums
  • Plan and process monthly renewals
  • Answer and direct incoming calls from clients

R12,000.00 to R14,000.00 /month depending on Experience & Qualifications
