Job description:

Candidate must be able to administer tasks that comprise on the after-sales services offered to clients. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming work is seen to, that any pending work is followed up on time to ensure that the case is finalised and to maintain contact with the Advisor and clients. This person will need to be flexible, energetic and trustworthy, organized, self-disciplined and enjoy working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Advice
• Research product information
• Preparing all documentation to implement investment proposals
• Handling of new application and quotations
• Handling and solving of client enquiries
• Assessing tax/legal implications of investments
• Cash flow and performance calculations
• Pre-retirement planning calculations
• Keeping track of assets under management
• Arranging appointments with clients
• Preparation of investment review appointments
• Maintaining CRM system
• Rebalancing and maintaining of existing portfolios
• Preparing and distributing monthly/quarterly statements
• Build and maintain good working relationships
• Recording details of transactions
• Maintaining Service Level agreement deadlines
• Ensure FAIS & FICA Compliance
• Manages client retention

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum NQF 6 finance related qualification
• Minimum of 1 year work experience within the financial services industry
• Computer literate (Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
• Valid drivers licence and own vehicle

Recommended requirements:

• CFP Advantageous
• Regulatory Exam for Representatives advantageous
